Today, I really feel so unhappy with my job. Pumunta akong procurement and the guy asked me if wala na akong papareceive na PR and he said, are u sure????

They are eyeing me which I says like, u better make sure. It doesn’t feel good since that means that they don’t trust the work I do. And this one guy just kept on making me repeat my work as if he has the right to and i hate it since I let them do since I really have no idea and basic knowledge in my work.

People see me as a child and they don’t trust the work I do. I just let them… I HATE IT but i let them.

Why?

Since i do not have the confidence.

I feel like i know what I’m doing but at the same time, i always question if the work I do is really right.

I am always unsure and I hate it when my boss always orders me around without a proper explanation.

I hate it when they didn’t gave me an orientation had to figure it all out myself and get scolded by other people since i do not have the basics down

I hate it when they scold me for the work i done when supposedly, it’s not my work at first place!!

In short, i really feel incompetent and pathetic rn. Since i am alone, and do not have friends there, i do not have anyone to trust and fully open up to. Nowadays, i unconsciously try to act like an innocent, naive girl since i feel like that is my coping mechanism and that’s what kept me survive in that place. I try to think positive of people, when I clearly see that they do not trust me and is not satisfied with me.

I hate it. I hate my boss and the other boss, the people at procurement, the people who thinks i’m a pushover. I hate them all.
